Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has reaffirmed his commitment to securing the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan, declaring that they will go to any extent to ensure his freedom.

Speaking to reporters in Dera Ismail Khan after Eid prayers, Gandapur stated that the PTI founder has been unjustly imprisoned for over 600 days, yet he remains steadfast in his principles.

Gandapur accused the government of deliberately preventing meetings with Imran Khan, despite court orders. He claimed that the "Form 47 government" has failed miserably and that the people's mandate was stolen to install corrupt rulers. He further alleged that those currently in power have always used backdoor channels to secure their positions, fleeing to London whenever the law tightens its grip on them.

The Chief Minister stated that Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, and all detained PTI leaders and workers must be released to uphold the rule of law in Pakistan. He insisted that Khan has neither bowed down nor made any secret deals, which is why his courage has unsettled his opponents.

Calling for fresh elections, Gandapur demanded that the "fake government" should resign to restore political and economic stability in the country. He expressed confidence that Imran Khan will emerge victorious and lead Pakistan toward a brighter future.
