Kim Kardashian recently learned from brain imaging that she has areas of reduced brain activity, a condition linked to long-term stress, as revealed on the November 27 episode of The Kardashians.

The findings were shared by celebrity physician Dr. Daniel Amen, whom Kardashian visited with Scott Disick for an updated evaluation of her overall brain health.

During the consultation, Dr. Amen reassured Kardashian that her scans did not indicate an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease and described her as generally positive, with no signs of severe anxiety, depression, or mental distress.

However, he did note reduced activity in certain areas of the brain, particularly the frontal lobes regions responsible for decision-making, focus, and stress management.

Kardashian, 45, admitted that she found the results difficult to accept, especially while preparing for the California bar exam.

Dr. Amen linked the reduced activity to chronic stress, which Kardashian acknowledged as a significant part of her life, amplified by the pressures of her legal studies and the lingering impact of her 2022 divorce from Ye.

This episode follows a previous health scare revealed on November 20, when Kardashian disclosed that a Prenuvo scan detected a longstanding brain aneurysm.

Consulting with neurosurgeon Dr. Keith Black, she learned that stress could increase the risk of aneurysm rupture, prompting her to seek careful monitoring and further imaging.

Through these personal revelations, Kardashian has highlighted the importance of mental health awareness, illustrating how chronic stress can affect anyone, even high-profile individuals, and the need for self-care, medical guidance, and compassionate attention to one’s own wellbeing.
