Dubai has unveiled a visionary plan to redefine urban living aiming to become one of the world’s most beautiful, liveable, and healthiest cities.
Valued at AED 18.3 billion, the comprehensive transformation programme was launched during the UAE Government Annual Meetings under the leadership of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
At its heart lies the Public Parks and Greenery Strategy, which will add 630 new parks, triple the city’s tree count, and attract 95 million annual visitors to green spaces nurturing both environment and community wellbeing.
The plan also focuses on education, employment, and health, introducing 60 affordable schools by 2033 and creating 15,000 new aviation jobs through the Aviation Talent 33 initiative.
“We are shaping a city where innovation flourishes alongside nature,” Sheikh Hamdan said a message that reflects Dubai’s deep commitment to human progress, sustainability, and shared prosperity.
