After more than two decades in music, Farhan Saeed is returning with something profoundly personal his debut solo album Khat, which he describes as “a letter from my heart to yours.”
The former Jal frontman announced the project alongside a series of tender, hand-drawn visuals by artist Umair Fayyaz each song represented through sketches and paintings on canvas, evoking the intimacy of a handwritten notebook.
Set to release on November 14 under Warner Music and Silent Roar’s global network, Khat carries ten tracks in Urdu and Punjabi, blending nostalgia with renewed purpose.
Songs like Meri Maa, Phul Ghulab Da, and Tere Naal promise to explore love, longing, and gratitude emotions that have long defined Farhan Saeed’s musical journey.
“Music has always been something I’ve lived,” Farhan shared. “This album is inspired by my fans and their unwavering love it’s my heartfelt letter to them.”
From heartfelt anthems to timeless ballads, Khat marks not just a musical milestone but a deeply human one a story of connection, memory, and the enduring power of music to heal and unite.
