Arshad Nadeem, Pakistan’s javelin hero who made history with his record-breaking 92.97m throw at the 2024 Paris Olympics, is once again preparing to carry the nation’s hopes as he heads to Tokyo for the World Athletics Championships.

Just hours before his departure, the 28-year-old was seen training at Punjab Stadium in Lahore, where his throws beyond 85 metres reflected his strong form and readiness for the global challenge.

Speaking to reporters, Arshad Nadeem humbly shared, “My competition is always with myself. I aim to give my best, and the rest is in God’s hands.”

He also expressed gratitude to the people of Pakistan for their unwavering support and prayers, asking them to stand with him once more as he aims to raise the country’s flag high.

After battling fitness issues and undergoing rehabilitation in England, doctors have now declared him fully fit.

With faith, resilience, and the nation’s prayers behind him, Arshad remains determined to inspire Pakistan with another moment of pride.
