Ducky Bhai’s wife, Aroob Jatoi, received significant relief today when a sessions court granted her interim bail in the gambling promotion case against her husband.
The court ordered that she not be arrested until August 30 and directed her to cooperate by joining the ongoing investigation while also requiring the investigating officer to submit a progress report by the next hearing.
This development unfolds amid intensified proceedings against popular YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, who was arrested earlier this week at Lahore airport while allegedly attempting to travel abroad.
He is accused of promoting online gambling platforms such as Binomo, 1xBet, Bet 365, and B9 Game through his social media, an activity that authorities claim caused financial harm to the public.
Rehman remains in the custody of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), with his physical remand having been extended multiple times to facilitate further investigation

The case was filed on August 17 in accordance with various provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016, as amended in 2025). These provisions covered electronic forgery, fraud, spamming, and spoofing. Many of the 27-video links that were purportedly used to promote these apps on Rehman's YouTube channel have since been taken down, according to the FIR.
While Ducky Bhai is still in NCCIA custody while the state works to strengthen its case, Aroob Jatoi will be free until her next court appearance as the investigation and court proceedings move forward.
