In a decisive counterterrorism operation, Pakistan security forces eliminated Indian-sponsored militants in two separate operations in Balochistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The successful missions targeted groups involved in previous terrorist activities across the region.
The first operation took place in Loralai, where security forces acted on intelligence regarding the presence of Indian-backed militants. A fierce exchange of gunfire resulted in the elimination of five terrorists, all linked to cross-border aggression. Large caches of weapons, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered from their hideout.
The second operation unfolded in Kech District, where forces neutralized one additional militant, further disrupting ongoing terror networks. These militants were directly responsible for multiple attacks, including the August 26, 2024 strike on National Highway N-70 and the February 18, 2025 assault that claimed 13 innocent lives.
ISPR emphasized that Pakistan security forces eliminated Indian-sponsored militants through focused, intelligence-driven strikes, reinforcing the country’s commitment to combating extremism. Officials assured that efforts would continue to dismantle terrorist elements threatening national security.
